How it works
Select a bicycle online
Employees select a suitable bicycle on the website www.canyon.com/de-at and can add leaseable accessories (e.g. in case of mandatory bike lock) to it. In the shopping cart, click "Checkout" next. Under "My address," the delivery address for home delivery is entered.
Important: Employees can have their Canyon dream bike delivered directly to their home exclusively through the online shop. The options New Bike Day and Collect & Ride are not available. So the shipping method "Standard Shipping" is selected.
Enter Lease a Bike order code at checkout
During the checkout process, select “Lease a Bike” as the payment method and enter the six-digit order code. There is no need to select a service level. In accordance with company policy, the best possible comprehensive coverage available will be automatically assigned to the contract. You will be redirected to the order summary, where you can check all the details and confirm the order by clicking "Buy now". An order code is used for verification. If there are any error messages, the Lease a Bike team is available.
Testing on the Lease a Bike portal
You will then receive an email notification asking you to check and digitally confirm the details on the Lease a Bike portal.
Shipping the bicycle
Once the transfer agreement and lease agreement have been approved by the employer, the bicycle will be shipped directly to the specified delivery address.
Receipt of the bicycle
Employees can conveniently confirm delivery with a click in the portal. Practical: If no feedback is received within 14 days (or if there is a pause due to defects), receipt is automatically confirmed and the contract is activated.

Can I also pick up a bicycle in person?
Employees can have their Canyon dream bike delivered directly to their home via the online shop.
Do you want personal pickup, including assembly and setup? Then please contact the Canyon Experience partner in Stuttgart directly to coordinate the details.
Can I return my bike within the 30-day return period from Canyon?
You can only return your bike if you have not yet signed and submitted the acceptance form on the Lease a Bike portal after delivery, or if the 14-day period has expired. Once you have signed and submitted the form to Lease a Bike, you can no longer return the order.
