Lease a Bike is the only BBG partner for company bike leasing

Lease a Bike is an official contractual partner of Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG) under agreement GZ 2801.04947, which means that public sector clients can order company bike leasing directly and without additional tendering - simply via the BBG e-shop.

How it works:

Riding a company bike in 4 simple steps

Employees receive an order code by e-mail after registering in the Lease a Bike portal.

Employees choose a company bike in the desired specialist shop.

Employees sign the transfer agreement digitally.

The employees leave the specialist dealer with the new company bike.

How ordering via the BBG e-shop works

The client receives a monthly collective order of all bikes ordered in the previous month via the Lease a Bike e-shop.

The client confirms this offer in the e-shop.

Invoices are issued monthly by BBG via the e-shop.

If a bicycle is returned due to, for example, an employee leaving the company, the client can submit a cancellation.

: In the event of long-term illness, the installment default protection applies. The outstanding leasing installments are reimbursed up to a gross amount of € 5,000 per bike. The employee can keep the bike during this time and continue to use it. This ensures mobility and financial security.
: The installment default protection also protects you during parental leave: the installments are covered for up to 18 months per individual leasing contract. The bike remains with the employee and can continue to be used. It is therefore not necessary to return it.
: Yes, thanks to the comprehensive property cover in the all-round protection package, you are well protected against theft, vandalism and damage - even at replacement value for BBG customers. This means that in the event of damage, the full value of the bike is reimbursed, regardless of its age.
: Yes, the all-inclusive service package includes regular maintenance by partner locations throughout Austria. The costs for wearing parts and working time are also fully included, so that you do not incur any additional costs. Your bike remains in top condition at all times - safe, reliable and ready to ride.
